1. Each student must carry his/her identity card to school every day.
2. Each student should reach the school before school timings.
3. Parents and guardians may meet the Principal during specified time confirmed by SMC. (11:00 AM to 12:30 PM)
4. School does not permit the celebration of birthdays or any other events. Parents are advised not to send sweets etc… exchange of gifts are strictly prohibited.
5. Students are expected to respect school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the wall or in any way damage thing belonging to others.
6. Students are advised to keep their classrooms, school buildings and campus as clean as possible, and throw leftovers into the dustbins.
7. The school is not responsible for goods or valuables lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles to school.
8. The Fee determination and decision every Academic Year will be the sole discretion of the SMC.
9. The finalization new admissions are the sole discretion of SMC and Head of the Institution upon all parameters, in light of the circular dated on 03/03/2021 vide no: DF/ADM/Class-1/Age/2020-21/537.
10. Fees can be paid by Cash / Cheque / online within the stipulated time. Failing of the commitment may result the parent/guardians to pay penalty charged by SMC.
11. Students will not boycott the orders, directions and instructions given to them by the school authorities.
12. Students will not do anything to disturb the principles and norms of school discipline.
13. Those who leave the school in between Academic Year must pay the complete school fees.
14. It is compulsory for all students to complete 75% attendance before every exam to make them eligible to sit for the examination. In case attendance is short, students will not be eligible for promotion in next academic year.
15. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than 45 days renders the student liable to have his / her name struck off the rolls; readmission may be granted only on.
16. Students suffering from any contagious or infectious diseases will not be permitted to attend the school.
17. As far as possible once a child comes to the school, he / she should not be asked to come home of half day leave or leave for any period.
18. Excursions are undertaken periodically for camping, tracking, and hiking & for education trip. Any kind of mishaps, accidents or natural disaster happening during the time the school management will not hold responsibility for your ward.
19. The school is not responsible for any accidents happen in the transportation while children come to school.
20. No students will hang around the campus or in the school building after the respective bells have rung. Their manner of movement should be quiet and orderly. When using staircases and corridors, students must keep to their left.
21. Pupils are forbidden to bring the school valuable articles such as jewellery, costly fountain pens, mobiles, CDs or any gadgets etc. if earings must be worn it should be small loops or studs. But, no nose rings, bangles, rings, bracelets, tattoos of any kind will be allowed.
22. Only literature that is connected with the schoolwork is to be brought to school. Every child should have a bag / satchel. No books should be carried loose. Trolley school bags are not permitted.
23. Pupils are advised to behave in an orderly manner in the school and in all public places. Use of swear words and foul language, scrabbling and scratching on the school furniture and school walls and any misbehavior in school or public places may result in expulsion.
24. Pupils should realize that they are responsible to the school not only for their conduct in the school but also for their behavior outside. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of the pupil will make them liable for either disciplinary action or expulsion.
25. “Cleanliness is next to godliness.” All should be particularly careful to avoid throwing refuse anywhere in the school premises, expect in bins provided for the purpose.
26. Every student should endeavour to keep up the high standard and good reputation of the school by excelling in refined manners and department.
27. Any pupil who is persistently insubordinate or is repeatedly mischievous or is guilty of malpractice in connection with examinations or has committed an act serious indiscipline and / or misbehaves or who, in the option of the Head of the School, has an unwholesome influence on his fellow pupils, may be expelled permanently or removed from the school for a specified period by the Head of the School, The rule good behavior applies outside as well as inside the school. Social functions involving pupils must not be organized without the Principal’s approval. This applies to picnics, excursions and other outings.
28. The Head of the School has the discretionary power to deal with such cases which are not covered by the prescribed rules and procedure and his/her decision shall be final and binding on the students and parents / guardians.
29. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, continues neglect of studies, disobedience and objectionable immoral influence etc. justify dismissal.
30. On school days and school functions and outings, students have to wear the school uniform.
31. Documents requiring the signature of Head of the school should be given a day advance. No stamp or signature will be given immediately unless in the case of great urgency.
32. Girl’s hair must be plated or tied back if it reaches the shoulders. If ribbons / cords are worn, it must be white colour. No fancy hairclips or other accessories are permitted.
33. Boy’s hair must not touch the collar and should be cut properly above the ear-lobe; neatly groomed and cut short at the sides and back.
34. Boy/ Girls are not allowed to wear expensive wrist watch, make-up, nail-polish, mehendi, colored hair / tattoo stickers or jewellery or any other ornaments.
35. Chewing of gum is prohibited on the school premises.
36. The school does not accept the responsibility for loss of books, pens, money, or valuable items, etc. Students should not carry mobile phones, valuable articles, or unnecessary cash to school.
37. Students and parents should not give any gift to any staff member on any occasion.
38. Posting Adverse Remarks / Comments about the school, staff, fellow students on the Social Networking Websites like Facebook. X, Instagram or in any blogs or vlogs are strictly prohibited.
39. Admission of any child can be terminated any time, if the behavior / progress of the child is not up to the desired standard or the attitude of the parents / guardians is not congenial or the basic family unit setup, stated in the form, itself gets disintegrated or altered.
